After decades of enjoying creating music and photography I would like to donate a little for public use. I hope to give something back for all the times I needed help and friends came thru. In November, 1940, the newly completed Tacoma Narrows Bridge, opened barely four months before, swayed and collapsed in a 42 mile-per-hour wind. There were no casualties except a dog trapped in a car stranded on the bridge. A rescue was attempted (by the man with the pipe), but the frightened animal would not leave the car. Mr Bumbledrop creates Torchy to find the children's lost toys and his dog, Pom-Pom. Torchy has a special beam, but he must recite special words to use it.
